How do I recieve my video?
Within 60 to 90 days after your wedding, you will receive an email with a link to a gallery where you can view and download your Wedding Highlight video. A Personalized USB copy will also be shipped to the provided address in the weeks following the digital delivery.
(For Ultimate Experience Package) Full coverage of Ceremony, Speeches, and Dances will be included on USB.
When do I know I'm officially booked?
Your spot is officially reserved once the contract is signed as well as the initial deposit is paid!
Following a consultation meeting, I will send over a quote as well as a contract for you to look over. I will temporarily hold the wedding date for 14 days after the contract and quote are sent via email. After the 14 day hold, if the deposit has not been paid as well as contract has not been signed, the date will be open once again for availability.
Will there be a second shooter?
Adding a second shooter to your package pricing is a tentative option, meaning it can only be added upon the availability of the second shooter. If the date is available, an hourly rate will be added on to the final price.
Can I extend the time frame on the day of?
Additional hours are available at a rate of $100 per hour if requested up to 7 days before the wedding, when the remaining balance is due. If extra time is needed on the wedding day itself, an updated invoice will be issued at $200 per hour for any time beyond the original contracted schedule.
